SHIPPING:

At Bleasse, we ship our products worldwide from our warehouse. This strategic location allows us to efficiently serve our global customers and minimize shipping delays, ensuring that every order arrives at its destination quickly and securely.

WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

Place your order before 7:00 PM Monday through Friday or before 3:00 PM on Sundays for same-day shipping. All orders placed after these times will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping may take up to 7 business days. Please note that due to global supply chain issues, shipping times may be longer than usual.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

All our products undergo quality control. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, design flaws, or material issues. Please notify us within 3 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover damage from impact, misuse, or other issues not attributable to manufacturing defects.

RETURNS:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within no more than 10 days.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Simply follow these steps:

  1. A courier will pick up your package. All products must be in perfect condition and in the original box.
  2. The return will be effective within a period not exceeding 10 days after we receive the returned package, using the same payment system used for the purchase.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

After that, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
